Back to Question
• Is TalentHub.net an agency?
TalentHub.net is not an agency and does not manage talent. We provide online services and tools for talent and businesses to display their profiles and promote themselves for gigs or product/service sales.
TalentHub.net takes NO commission from each job you get through your profile solicitations.
Back to Question
• How will I be contacted?
Each profile links to an interactive form which members can use to contact you via your TalentHub.net mail account. Your email will never be made public.
TalentHub.net suggests that you consider your means of being contacted very carefully. The best ways of being contacted are: an answering service, another phone number that is not your home number (a business, etc.), your agency's phone number, a fax number, or a P.O. Box. It is suggested that you do not list your home phone number or address in your profile.
Back to Question
• Can I upload nude photos or explicit audio and videos?
TalentHub.net reserves the right to delete any profile that is considered vulgar in any way. Some other profile sites allow for explicit uploads in an attempt to drive extra traffic to their site. However, the traffic that these sites get is not from qualified industry professionals, but from web surfers hunting for nude photographs. TalentHub.net does not allow explicit material to be posted on the site for two reasons. First, this would attract the wrong kind of attention to the profiles of professionals and those who are serious about a career in entertainment, and secondly, explicit material will not project the professional image that is required by TalentHub.net to industry pros.
Back to Question
• Does TalentHub.net guarantee work for talent?
No reputable agency/management company or service can guarantee work. If they do, this is a warning of a scam. TalentHub.net can't guarantee job placement for its members because the amount of jobs talented artist gets largely depends on the quality and the amount of profiles that are distributed and what is in demand.
Back to Question
• Can I upload copyrighted material?
TalentHub.net.net does not permit you to upload copyrighted photos, audio, video or document files that you do not have the rights to. Samples or artwork from movies, television programs, books, videos, games, radio, CD's, etc., cannot be uploaded without prior written permission from the copyright holder(s). If you are uploading a remix of another artist's recording, you must obtain prior written permission from both the owner of the original recording and the owner of the underlying musical composition.
Any uploads determined to be "pirated" will be deleted and could result in your account being canceled. TalentHub.net reserves the right to require proof that you secured a valid license pertaining to any file uploaded to the site.
Back to Question
• Does TalentHub.net have any ownership rights to my uploaded files?
